Senior Pastor – Ethan Graves
Ethan grew up in southern Indiana with his parents and two younger sisters both of whom are adopted from China. After being called to pastoral ministry at age 15, he began to be mentored by his pastor. Upon graduating from high school, he attended Boyce College and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies and a Master of Divinity. He is currently pursing a Ph.D. in Christian Leadership at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His dissertation focuses on how Christian leaders can guide people who have experienced complex trauma through the difficulties of change. Being the dad of a child on the autism spectrum has also led Ethan to study best practices of care for neurodivergent children. Additionally, he is a TBRI practitioner. Ethan has been at CRBC since the summer of 2023. Prior to serving in AL, he pastored in Indiana, Texas, and New Jersey. Ethan is married to Nicole, and their kids are Marcus and Olivia. When he has a spare moment, you can find Ethan making BBQ in his back yard or figuring out another unique way to make the “perfect” cup of coffee.
